摘要: The growth of Escherichia coli in fed-batch and continuous culture is examined results show that α-amylase production strongly dependent on specific rate (dilution rate) the greatest at an intermediate rate. Using culture, it has also been found presence acetate above a certain concentration reduces both μmax, recombinant protein.
