摘要: Chemical interaction of ultrathin gold films with gaseous chlorine at room temperature results in quantitative metal chlorination and formation Au(III) chloride. Combination gas-phase Au nanostructures dissolution the chloride product spectrophotometric determination chloroaurate concentration presents a simple procedure for mass thickness nanostructures. The method is demonstrated by analysis condensation coefficient adatoms on solid substrates, extinction nanoparticles, as well study integrity island upon solvents.
