摘要: Abstract Chemokines participate, by regulating cell trafficking and controlling angiogenesis, in the host response during infection inflammation. Most of these mechanisms are also operating cancer. The stimulation angiogenesis tumor growth—directly or indirectly through recruitment tumor-associated macrophages—are typical situations where chemokines promote development. On other hand, could be used to benefit cancer patients as they act dendritic cells (DC) or/and effector for their angiostatic properties. However, chemokine-mediated immature DC within tumors, due factors produced milieu, lead induction immune tolerance and, therefore, novel strategies eradicate tumors based on should attempt avoid this risk.
