摘要: Abstract The frequency of human papillomavirus (HPV) in sinonasal papillomas seems to vary considerably. highest frequencies have been reported by investigators using situ DNA or RNA hybridization. Few studies used polymerase chain reaction, and these reports the HPV detection is rather low. We investigated presence reaction with a set degenerated consensus primers, which amplify vast majority known types. Human was found three 14 papillomas. By hybridization same were positive for type 611.
