摘要: Modern standards of Laboratory Animal Science include working with laboratory animals a high quality, in particular, specific pathogen-free (SPF) mice and rats. On the other hand, assisted reproductive technologies (ART) are widely used modern medicine for human infertility treatment genome resource banking. In present study, comparison body weight, blood pressure (BP), behavior elevated plus maze (EPM) test was made between three groups ISIAH (inherited stress induced arterial hypertension) rats: group that were born raised conventional animal facility two from an SPF (animals naturally resulting ART). There no changes BP groups, but rats differed depending on rearing conditions. grooming time, as well number defecations urinations during decreased both compared to facility. The rat offspring ART different group: EPM revealed reduced anxiety former. results study indicate conditions affect some behavioral characteristics adult rats, although they posessed hypertension all this study.
