摘要: The 17α-methyltestosterone (MT), a synthetic androgen, is known for its interference effects on the endocrine system. Aiming to investigate transcriptome profiling of gonads induced by MT and understand molecular mechanism which causes adverse in fish, gonads, gonadal histology sex steroid hormones response were analyzed Gobiocypris rarus. Eight libraries, 4 from ovary testis, constructed sequenced then total number clean reads per sample ranging 7.03 9.99 million obtained. In females, 191 transcripts differentially regulated MT, consisting 102 up-regulated 89 down-regulated transcripts. males, 268 expressed genes with 108 160 detected upon exposure. Testosterone serves as major hormone content G. rarus both sexes. concentrations 17β-estradiol, testosterone 11-ketotestosterone significantly increased females decreased males after Interestingly, caused vitellogenic oocytes spermatozoa testis. After exposure, four (ndufa4, slc1a3a, caskin-2 rpt3) found Overall, we suggest that seemed affect involved pathways related physiological processes These include electron transfer Complex IV, endothelial cell activation, axon growth guidance, proteasome assembly glutamate transport metabolic.
