The optical and vibrational properties of the quaternary chalcopyrite semiconductor alloy AgxCu1−xGaS2

摘要: The absorption, emission and Raman spectra of the quaternary chalcopyrite alloys AgxCu1−xGaS2 have been measured as a function Ag concentration. We find strong highly nonlinear dependence on alloy concentration in optical band gap (a large bowing parameter). On other hand, most peaks exhibit either small energy shifts or broadening with alloying. conclude that effect substitution cations by Cu AgGaS2 its structure cannot be predicted simple virtual crystal potential approximation result difference electronegativity bond length between Cu.
