摘要: The aim of this article is twofold: First, I would like to theoretically contribute Science and Technology Studies, Science, Innovation Stud-ies , respectively, by introducing a hegemony- discourse-theoretical inspired political economy as an interdisciplinary approach. And second, shall present some tentative empirical analyses the policy field nanotechnology. Nanotechnology widely perceived key technology 21st century. As result, it becoming increasingly important in many government policies devoted technology. supposedly appealing for actors, since expected both produce entirely new materials revolutionize production processes virtually all industrial branches. Approaching ‘nano-hype’ from perspective, show that nanotechnology not definite technology, but empty signifier . This provides basis encompassing socio-economic project kept together only it-self. “innovation project” creates link between fu-ture industrialised states. It aims, above others, at their reconstruction along competitive criteria ‘competition states’. Hence, locate within discursive economic interests strategies. My theoretical approach highlights importance hegemonic struggles construction (political) reality. Hegemonic practices shape struc-ture, which, turn strategic-selective conditions articulation. Ac-cordingly, policymaking can be described rather performative process, which uses complex systems representation establish situation stability pre-dictability. governance has understood contradictory battleground, where certain actors try enforce interests.
