摘要: Anemoside B4 (B4) isolated from Radix Pulsatilla has anti-inflammatory activities in the colon and antitumor effects. However, its role prevention treatment of kidney injury not been reported. Here, we reported effects on chronic (CKI) studied related mechanism based an adenine-induced model rats. In addition, also podocin nephrin, two major podocyte proteins, reduced fiber collagen interstitial, suggesting protect glomerular matrix addition to this study show new perspective as potential drug against injury.
