Anemoside B4 Protects Rat Kidney from Adenine-Induced Injury by Attenuating Inflammation and Fibrosis and Enhancing Podocin and Nephrin Expression.

摘要: Anemoside B4 (B4) isolated from Radix Pulsatilla has anti-inflammatory activities in the colon and antitumor effects. However, its role prevention treatment of kidney injury not been reported. Here, we reported effects on chronic (CKI) studied related mechanism based an adenine-induced model rats. The results showed that serum BUN (blood urea nitrogen), Crea (creatinine), urinary proteins increased significantly after oral administration adenine. Meanwhile, adenine contents both renal tissue urine markedly compared with those normal Moreover, IL-1β, IL-6, TNFα, NFκB expression was upregulated kidney. Simultaneously, NLRP3 (the nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain–like receptor, leucine-rich repeat pyrin domain–containing 3) inflammasome, which consists Caspase 1, ASC (apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a caspase recruitment domain), IL-18, upregulated. could decrease Crea; reduce rats; suppress NFκB, NLRP3, ASC, IL-18; increase promote excretion. In addition, also podocin nephrin, two major podocyte proteins, reduced fiber collagen interstitial, suggesting protect glomerular matrix addition to this study show new perspective as potential drug against injury.
