摘要: Alpha- and beta-adrenergic receptors were studied by measuring the binding of 3H-dihydroergocryptine 3H-dihydroalprenolol, respectively, to membranes prepared from homogenized rabbit iris--ciliary bodies. The appears be specific for alpha-adrenergic receptors, since adrenergic agents displace this radioligand with following order potency: phentolamine greater than epinephrine or equal norepinephrine isoproterenol = propranolol. 3H-dihydroalprenolol propranolol phentolamine. Clonidine dopamine bind receptor but have little activity at receptor. Timolol, d-isoproterenol, dipivalyl results demonstrate that in vitro assays alpha- are useful studying mechanism drug action.
