摘要: Summary Systems dynamics, cellular automata, agent-based modeling, and network analyses have been used in population, land use, transport planning models. An overview of complex systems science as applied to urban development is presented, examples are given where the problems housing people anticipating their movements addressed with approaches, sometimes concert deterministic, large-scale Planning for cities today has additional environmental social priorities common many topics that concern industrial ecology. The research agenda suggested here this, too, can be enriched thinking models complement often static assessment performance better inform decision processes.
