摘要: The Engineering Validation and Design Activities (EVEDA) phase of IFMIF aims at running a 9 MeV / 125 mA CW deuteron accelerator to demonstrate the feasibility IFMIF’s 40 with components mainly designed constructed in European labs. LEDA was operated successfully 1999-2001 as 6.7 100 proton high availability. present paper assesses experience gained explains how LIPAc, prototype accelerator, is inheriting its role breaking through technological boundaries.
