摘要: The choice of transplantation from a living donor offers advantages over deceased donor. However, it also carries disadvantages related to risks in terms health and safety. Furthermore, there are several controversial ethical aspects be taken into account. Several national international institutions the scientific community have stated standards that great influence on professional codes legislations. Living organ donation some extent regulated by parliamentary acts most European countries. It is necessary take step forward develop legal framework regulate all these processes guarantee quality prevent illegal nonethical practices. implement protection practices not only physical health, but minimize potential impacts psychological, social, economic spheres. Finally, an additional effort should made create database model with recommendations for registration as part standardized follow-up care Donation (EULID) project's (http://www.eulivingdonor.eu/) main objective was contribute consensus set about legal, ethical, safety donors.
