摘要: Abstract A screening test for the forward development of chemiluminescence systems able to determine pharmaceutical compounds is reported. The based on on-line photodegradation drugs by using a photoreactor consisting 697 cm × 0.5 mm PTFE tubing helically coiled around an 8 W low-pressure mercury lamp. Photodegraded pharmaceuticals are detected direct resulting photofragments and their subsequent reaction with potassium permanganate in sulphuric acid medium as oxidant. comprised 97 different molecular structures relevant members most important families tested (amino acids, carboxylic nitrocompounds, phenyl-alkyl aromatic amines, sulphonic amides , polycarbocyclics, monocyclic N-containing heterocyclics, bicyclic tricyclic N-S containing heterocyclics…). Due influence wide range pH's buffer solutions were studied. proposed strategy (photoinduced chemiluminescence, Ph-CL) allows determination many which do not present “native” (e.g. chloramphenicol, dextromethorpham, riboflavin, ephedrine, piperazinamide, chlotrimazole, theophylline…). Moreover, Ph-CL increase sensitivity procedures detection sulphonamides, thiazides, nicontinamide, nortryptiline, levamisole, phenylbarbituric acid…).
