摘要: Introduction Plant extracts containing high levels of antioxidants are desirable due to their reported health benefits. Most techniques capable determining the antioxidant activity plant unsuitable for rapid at-line analysis as they require extensive sample preparation and/or long times. Therefore, analytical real-time or pseudo monitoring extractions, and determination extraction endpoints, would be useful manufacturers antioxidant-rich extracts. Materials Methods Calendula officinalis were prepared from dried flowers analysed using sequential injection (SIA) with chemiluminescence (CL) detection.
