B Lymphoma Cells Process and Present their Endogenous Ig: Implications for Network Theory

摘要: We show here that B lymphoma cells not only express native immunoglobulin (Ig) on their cell surface but also processed forms of the same Ig in context MHC products. Secretion and uptake does seem to be necessary for processing presentation take place.
