摘要: A number of recent studies have established the fact that enkephalins are released, together with catecholamines, from adrenal medulla, both in vitro and vivo response to various stimuli (Kilpatrick et al., 1980; Stine Livett 1981; Hexum Chaminade 1984; Edwards 1986). It further appears these peptides present adrenergic, but not noradrenergic, chromaffin cells medulla (Livett 1982; Pelto-Huikko Roisin 1983), functional significance phenomenon remains obscure.
