摘要: It has been stated by researchers that the antibiotic polymyxin B sulfate (POL) is a key component inducing time-dependent antagonism in freshwater luminescent bacteria, Vibrio qinghaiensis sp.-Q67, exposed ternary mixture system of ionic liquids, pesticide and antibiotics. However, previous statement limited to quaternary mixtures without considering situations such as binary system. In order prove direct POL more complete systematic way, two categories experiments (adding non-antagonistic decomposing antagonistic with into system) have conducted this paper. The results showed systems non-antagonism mixture, up verification) exhibit action majority rays, at some point experiment. (down verification), combined toxicities all time points experiment are additive. Obviously, significant contribution only mixtures, but not mixtures. We can draw new conclusion multi-component induced least three components (including POL), complex chemical interactions. Therefore, POL's influence an example, future environmental protection practitioners academic should construct scenarios when assessing influences reactions certain chemicals causing pollutions.
