摘要: One of the fundamental goals in biology is to understand interplay between biomolecules different cells. This happen, for example, first moments infection a vector by parasite that results adherence cell walls. To observe this kind event we used an integrated Optical Tweezers and Confocal Microscopy tool. tool allow us use trigger adhesion Trypanosoma cruzi rangeli intestine wall cells salivary gland Rhodnius prolixus to, subsequently sequence events confocal fluorescence microscopy under optical forces stresses. We kept microorganism alive using CdSe quantum dot staining. Besides fact Quantum Dots are bright vital fluorescent markers, absence photobleaching follow time extended period. By zooming region interested have been able acquire images at 2 3 frames per second rate.
