摘要: Loss of heterozygosity (LOH) was detected in morphologically normal lobules adjacent to breast cancers. The most frequent aberration at chromosome 3p22-25; ten cases with this LOH the carcinoma, six displayed same lobules. This suggests that a subset sporadic cancers, tumor suppresser gene 3p22-25 may be important initiation or early progression tumorigenesis. Among sixteen cancers 17p13.1 and five 11p15.5, one case each Thus molecular heterogeneity characterizes invasive occur earliest detectable stages progression.
