摘要: In this study, rapeseed oil cake as a precursor was used to prepare activated carbons by chemical activation with sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) at 600 and 800 °C. The carbon the highest surface area of 850 m2 g−1 produced prepared were mainly microporous. having an adsorbent for removal lead (II) nickel ions from aqueous solutions. effects pH, contact time, initial ion concentration on adsorption capacity investigated. kinetic data process studied using pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order models intraparticle diffusion model. experimental well adapted model both tested ions. correlated Langmuir isotherm. maximum monolayer capacities determined 129.87 133.33 mg g−1, respectively.
