摘要: Abstract Nodular mesothelial/histiocytic hyperplasia (NMHH) is a benign reactive phenomenon that can occur at any mesothelial site. We report the case of 33 year old male who presented with chest pain and pleural effusion, after several months investigation was found to have positive syphilis serology NMHH pleura for spirochetes on immunohistochemical stain.
