摘要: Abstract Analytical expressions for the electrical efficiencies ( η m ) of building integrated opaque photovoltaic thermal (BIOPVT) systems based on thin film (PV) modules have been derived. The are valid different climatic conditions and design parameters building. a-Si, CdTe CIGS solar analyzed their energy, exergy characteristics performance with without air duct, a typical day Srinagar, India. module daily average efficiency room temperature T r BIOPVT system a-Si duct were found to be 7.25% 18.7 °C respectively, whereas same 7.57% 15.2 °C respectively. number changes N mass flow rates f significant effect .
