摘要: A simple technique for the measurement of series resistance concentrator solar (photovoltaic) cells is described. This makes use fact that ’’short circuit’’ current a cell as function light intensity will begin to saturate at an determined by and circuit. In this region can easily be found from which relatively independent illumination spectrum. Experimental data are presented verify result.
