摘要: Distributed series resistance effects in solar cells are analyzed and the correctness of representing these by a lumped parameter is discussed for any conditions bias illumination. In addition to general mathematical methodology, analytical expressions derived simplify estimation on dark illuminated J-V characteristics cell. The equivalent (r s ) found decrease with current density J from r_{b} + r_{e}/3 at small ( r_{e} r_{b})^{1/2} very high , where r e b emitter layer base region resistances, respectively. For depends as well, being maximum near short-circuit minimum open-circuit; however, further photogenerated L : its value increases r_{e}/2 open-circuit decreases (r_{e}r_{b})^{1/2} . variability therefore related relative importance r_{e};r_{b} plays role attenuating this variability, situation not well recognized previously. Previous theoretical experimental work critically reviewed throughout paper.
