摘要: To study the antenatal differentiation of human intervertebral disc, columns forty eight embryos and fetuses were examined histologically. The primitive disc is composed two structures: notochord which shows a progressive expansion into fibrocartilaginous perinotochordal disc. No histological sign interaction between notochordal cells, may explain discs, was seen. On other hand, intervention in cartilaginous inner zone probable.
