摘要: Seventy-six clinical isolates of dermatophytes and 8 preserved strains Arthroderma were investigated by random amplification polymorphic DNA (RAPD) assay to determine the types common find any relationships DNA-based typing with morphology, teleomorphs, geographic origins sites human infection. It was found that each species showed a distinct pattern, which can be used as an identification marker. Forty-two Trichophyton mentagrophytes classified into 3 main intratype polymorphism revealed some primers. No simple relationship between type but closely related their origins. The RAPD groups benhamiae, A. vanbreuseghemii, gypsea otae distinctly different, whereas 42 T. shared similar patterns vanbreuseghemii. Among 30 rubrum, 22 almost identical type, while other differed slightly in band patterns. rubrum exhibited great differences from benhamiae In conclusion, provides stable reliable means dermatophytes, is powerful tool for dermatophyte epidemiological study.
