摘要: Summary The aim of this study was to investigate the intraspecific diversity Trichophyton rubrum clinical isolates. Thirty isolates T. were selected for molecular typing by PCR amplification two tandemly repetitive elements (TRS-1 and TRS-2) rDNA randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis with primers designated 1 6. The assignment species achieved nested ITS1. Five types produced from TRS-1 three TRS-2 locus. Thirteen 23 individual profiles obtained RAPD, primer 6 respectively. At phylogenetic level, 26 (87%) allocated into four clusters, each cluster comprising over 80% similarity. reproducibility TRS 100%, whereas that RAPD 40% 30%, when using Neither correlation between morphological characteristics TRS-1-TRS-2 or genotype nor genotyping observed. Although both possess ability discriminate strains, method is particularly valuable as its results are much more reproducible, easily interpreted recorded than those generated RAPD.
