摘要: An analysis is presented of solid cancer incidence during 11 years follow-up (1991-2001) Chernobyl emergency workers residing in Russia. The based on data from the cohort male 6 regions Russia including 55718 persons with documented external radiation doses range 0.001-0.3 Gy who worked within 30 -km zone 1986-1987. mean age at exposure for these was 34.8 and dose 0.13 Gy. In 1370 cases were diagnosed 3 periods considered: 1991-1995, 1996-2001 1991-2001. second period chosen to allow a minimum latency 10 being characteristic cancers. For risk assessment two control groups have been introduced, first 'external' one representing rates corresponding ages general, 'internal' consisting workers. estimates spontaneous cancer. estimated standardized ratio (SIR) good agreement (95% CI) that control. values excess relative per unit (ERR/Gy) malignant neoplasms be 0.33 CI: -0.39, 1.22) (internal control) 1991-2001 0.19 -0.66, 1.27) 1996-2001.
