摘要: Abstract Endogenous and exogenous opioids are known to exert direct effects on the immune system expression of functional opioid receptors has been reported for several cell types. Since dendritic cells important inducers regulators responses, we investigated whether murine express κ-opioid receptors. FACScan analysis radioligand binding studies revealed by cells, which RT-PCR were also shown mRNA. In a primary allogenic mixed-lymphocyte reaction κ-agonists dynorphin A U50,488H suppressed capacity induce T-cell proliferation in concentration-dependent manner. Preincubation with κ-specific antagonist nor-binaltrophimine abolished observed effect, indicating specificity. contrast, antigen uptake as well phenotypic maturation not influenced U50,488H. summary our data demonstrate that specific agonists effect these cells. Therefore, might be involved interaction neuroendocrine hormones system.
