摘要: Lead magnesium niobium titanate (PMNT) thin films with a composition near the morphotropic phase boundary were prepared on conventional Pt(111)/Ti/SiO 2 /Si substrates using modified sol-gel process. A PbO seeding layer was introduced to interface between PMNT and substrate enhance [001]-preferential orientation of film. Single-phase perovskite highly obtained at reduced annealing temperatures compared directly deposited same substrates. The dielectric ferroelectric properties evaluated as function temperature.
