摘要: Gastric cancer remains an incurable malignance and the second leading cause of death globally. Recent progress in gastric research has demonstrated crucial roles stem cells (CSCs) development, metastasis, drug resistance this disease. In study, through fluorescence-activated cell sorting, we isolated CSCs (GCSCs) from MKN-45 for first time that lncRNA ROR was highly expressed CD133+ GCSCs.
