摘要: The influence of s-triazoles (6–9) and thiadiazoles (10–11) on the central nervous system mice in some behavioral tests was investigated. It found that compounds (10) (11) are possible candidates for further development as analgesic agents. correlation between molecular descriptors potential has been studied by using pattern recognition methods: principal component analysis (PCA) hierarchical cluster (HCA). Our results, however, showed relationship activity cannot be easily explained basis PCA HCA. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
