摘要: Abstract Submonolayers to multilayers of zinc and oxygen deposited in UHV on Cu(110) were characterized by Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), low energy diffraction (LEED), temperature programmed desorption (TPD) CO, CO 2 zinc. Carbon monoxide adsorbs will copper at 150 K but only poorly the oxides dioxide oxide not or oxidized copper. We used a combination adsorption follow initial growth two-dimensional ZnO x islands effect heat treatments these islands. It is shown that heating above 300 leads irreversibly three-dimensional formation.
