摘要: Abstract We report a combined temperature programmed desorption and Auger electron spectroscopy study of Zn ZnO thin films on Cu, Cu2O, CuO surfaces. Multilayer desorb at 500 K with pre-exponential factor 1012 s−1 energy 32 kcal mol , in excellent agreement the heat sublimation bulk metal. The bottommost layer atoms has that is 6 larger, which consistent formation dilute Cu alloys. Films converted to by oxidation air decompose an apparent activation 45 substantially smaller than decomposition ZnO. Thin can also be formed evaporating multilayer coverages onto or Cu2O then heating. When used as substrate, film oxidized O produced reduction Cu2O. migrates surface film.
