摘要: The seasonal activity of the Isabelline serotine bat Eptesicus isabellinus was studied in eight habitats Bou Hedma National Park, central Tunisia. From June 2010 to 2011 two techniques, mist-netting and echolocation call recording, were implemented. This species captured throughout year but only at water bodies particularly Nouh basin. Captures peaked late spring — early summer, declined winter. Pregnant females from April June, lactating May June. Echolocation calls recorded year, not every month all habitats. Most reported street lamps. Activity autumn, during winter period. Terminal buzzes mainly detected basins, peaking summer autumn. Our study provided further insights on importance which should draw particular attention management plan national park whole country.
