摘要: Habitat preference of the meridional serotine bat Eptesicus isabellinus (Temminck, 1840) in semiarid Mediterranean landscapes.— Several molecular studies have recently reported presence a second species genus Iberian peninsula, bat, E. isabellinus. This is present south Iberia and it seems to an allopatric distribution with its twin species, serotinus. Ecological are now needed understand biology southeast Spain. In this study, we used presence–only data for perform ecological niche factor analysis (ENFA) create habitat suitability map (HSM). Our results show that has low marginality index, suggesting well adapted conditions study area. The main habitats by water courses, scrublands, zones high primary productivity. avoids non–irrigated cropland shows no human settlements or irrigated cropland. provides information about ecology Spain allows us discuss relevant aspects conservation.
