摘要: During the last two decades, biomarker research has benefited from introduction of new proteomic analytical techniques. In this article, we review application surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight (SELDI-TOF) mass spectroscopy in urologic cancer research. After reviewing literature MEDLINE on proteomics and oncology, found that SELDI-TOF is an emerging technology discovery allows for rapid sensitive analysis complex protein mixtures. a novel potential to contribute further understanding clinical exploitation new, clinically relevant biomarkers.
