摘要: Background: Personality traits like depression on the one hand and aggression impulsivity other are assumed to be predisposing factors for different types of alcohol dependence. Both associated with sensitivity frustration, but this may two personality according whether they confronted frustrations caused by withdrawal from positive or infliction negative events. It has not been shown so far if both sources frustration differently relevant propensity relapse. This was investigated here in a study 60 abstinent male alcohol-dependent patients. Methods: Correlations between number previous detoxifications reflecting liability relapse questionnaire scores reactions were computed. Results: Bonferroni-corrected correlations yielded significant relationships factor as well pronounced depressive frustrating conditions non-reward humans. Controlling impulsivity, revealed that genuine predictors probability independent underlying factors. Persons particularly sensitive human denial reinforcers liable which fits theory reward drug-addicted individuals. Conclusion: Results demonstrate is clearly more related than anxiety facilitated persons social partners.
