摘要: Abstract A simple and inexpensive methodology was used to develop a novel electrochemical sensor for the determination of Sudan II. The interaction II with salmon sperm ds-DNA on surface ds-DNA-modified pencil graphite electrode (PGE) in solution phase studied, using differential pulse voltammetry. difference between adenine guanine signals after before directly proportional concentration, which quantitative inspections. Using PGE, linear calibration curve (R2 = 0.9958) observed 0.5–6.0 μg mL−1 Furthermore, LOD 0.4 μg mL−1 range 0.5 4.0 μg mL−1 were achieved phase. In second part, determined pretreated by means adsorptive stripping peak current linearly dependent concentration over 0.0015–0.30 μg mL−1, detection limit 0.00007 μg mL−1 Both PGE PPGE applied analyze real samples.
