摘要: The antinociceptive, anti-inflammatory and diuretic properties of the extracts P. barbatum (L.) Hara var. barbata, Polygonaceae, at doses 200 400 mg/kg body weight, were evaluated in mice/rat models using, respectively, acetic-acid-induced writhing method, carrageenan-induced edema test Lipschitz method. In mice, all displayed a dose dependent analgesic effect. most potent activity was observed with petroleum ether extract weight an inhibition response 46.8% compared to 62.2% for positive control aminopyrine. Petroleum also highest levels after 2 h 39.3% paw edema, this effect better than by conventional agent phenylbutazone (maximum 38.3% 4 h). All increased urine volume dose-dependent manner, ethyl acetate showed significant level diuresis comparable that standard furosemide.
