摘要: We compared simultaneous healing processes in fetal, newborn, and maternal rabbits using a miniaturized wound cylinder of expanded Gore-Tex tubing. The tubing was placed subcutaneously fetal on day 23 pregnancy (term=31 to 32 days), 7-day-old newborn rabbits. At specific intervals, the removed analyzed for hydroxyproline accumulation, histology, cellular enzyme-histochemistry. Granulation tissue ingrowth accumulation were each inversely related age (fetus>newborn>maternal). fetus showed an impressive infiltration macrophages by 4, fibroblasts 7, conspicuous lack neutrophils all specimens. Newborns mothers had few cells until when mixture macrophages, neutrophils, some appeared. conclude that heals wounds rapidly both mesenchymal cell proliferation collagen deposition, these are more rapid fetuses than or adult animals despite relative hypoxemia.
