摘要: Renewable Energy, published by Academic Press in 1979, is considered the foundation text for renewable energy studies worldwide. The First Edition put on map, academically speaking. In 1979 there were no academic curricula this field at any university, so book was targeted graduate level and researchers. Today, however, importance of topic widely acknowledged. Not only it taught engineering, physics, environmental sciences departments, but actively researched studied many organizations energy-related industries. policies, where energies play a vital role, discussed scientific political level. Second Energy more accessible to researchers students approaching first time. Each chapter has general, introductory section, followed an "advanced topics" part. This gives university lecturers possibility including some advanced topics their choice while same time allowing use as reference work. Features: * Provides principles flows/sources conversion processes Covers engineering economic aspects Outlines expansion since publication edition Remains most important volume
