摘要: This article shows part of the results a research project: The Impact Social Change in Higher Education Staff Professional Life and Work (Spanish Ministry Science Innovation, SEJ2006-01876). main aim this project was to explore understand how scholars establish dialogue, resist, adapt themselves or adopt changes, process constructing their professional identities. As members team were ourselves, teaching carrying out Spanish universities, we started by writing our own autoethnographies. result, developed nine autoethnographies which give complex in-depth account senior junior scholars' journeys into identity working lives rapidly changing world. starts giving context arguing need for conducting It goes on discuss itself given project.
