摘要: This article shows part of the results a research project: The Impact Social Change in Higher Education Staff Professional Life and Work (Spanish Ministry Science Innovation, SEJ2006-01876). main aim this project was to explore understand how scholars establish dialogue, resist, adapt themselves or adopt changes, process constructing their professional identities.
