摘要: Abstract We hypothesize that: 1) hereditary non polyposis colorectal cancer (HNP CC) accounts for a significant proportion of the colon burden; 2) premalignant colonic mucosa in HNP CC patients may be comparable many respects to polyps its multiple adenomatous counterpart; and finally, 3) study harbor important clues elucidation multistep process carcinogenesis, including relationships between activated oncogenes, genetics, environmental perturbations.
