摘要: Abstract Although lesbian, gay, and bisexual people on college campuses are gaining visibility the rights of students staff increasingly recognized and/or protected, overall climate campus remains hostile often not conducive to professional growth. A random survey 3000 employees a Big Ten institution demonstrated wide range attitudes reactions issues. One-fourth sample had apparently negative 47% did favor granting health benefits partners employees. These findings discussed in relation efforts educate decrease workplaces.
