摘要: Results for several projects on vortex flows are presented. The theme is the interaction between turbulent boundary layers and longitudinal vortices generated by lateral skewing of flow further upstream. An obvious example passage foreplane over main wing a canard aircraft: however almost any round surface-mounted obstacle will skew in layer which has already developed surface, thus produce vorticity. work to be described includes measurements downstream various delta-wing generators, as well studies wing-body junctions, wind-tunnel contractions, impinging jets. Microcomputer-controlled traverse gear data-logging procedures essential this kind experiment.
