摘要: A full understanding and mediation of nanoparticle–serum protein interactions is key to design nanoparticles with vivid functions within the body, solve this problem one needs differentiate characterize individual nano-protein conjugates. In paper, authors applied capillary electrophoresis combined inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry detection study behavior gold different geometry, size surface functionalization upon interacting serum proteins their mixtures. Due high-resolution -sensitivity benefits technique baseline separations were attained for free (at real-life doses) conjugates, conversion into protein-bound form was scrutinized in terms reaction time.
