摘要: Objective—To correlate tissue distribution with development of lesions after experimental infection a virulent strain noncytopathic bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) type 2 in calves. Animals—Ten 14-day-old and two 2-month-old colostrum-deprived Procedure—Calves were intranasally inoculated BVDV type-2 1373 from an outbreak clinically severe (BVD). Two calves served as noninfected controls. each euthanatized on postinoculation days 3, 6, 12, 1 8, 9, 13, 14. Tissues collected for immunohistologic histologic examination.
