摘要: Abstract Monascus products have been widely used as food additives and pharmaceuticals. Citrinin is a toxic metabolite produced during the fermentation. In this work, quick extraction method with ultrasonic treatment was studied for complete of citrinin from fungi cells. Furthermore, proposed HPLC has advantage simultaneous determination pigments without sample pretreatment. Under optimized conditions, baseline resolution pigments, other catabolites achieved. The detection limit reached 0.5 ng mL −1 ( S / N  > 3/1) fluorescence detector (FD). Eight were detected, photodiode array (PAD), two which not yet described. fingerprint profile eight appears significant quality control product.
